Paul Romero, father to Stella Estep, founded the Estep and Company maintenance program. Paul has now been servicing the Subway Restaurants in the greater Columbus, Indiana area for over 15 years.
Later teamed with David Spiece, their hard work and dedication for the Estep's stores instilled quality service and self pride as main virtues to strive for everyday. After realizing the financial advantages to providing his own equipment repair service, George Estep dreamed that one day his team could offer fellow Franchisees the same professional and reliable equipment service.
Now staffed with four IPC ServiceNet certified technicians, we are ready to begin our journey towards this exciting goal.

We are now opening enrollment to join our official SMR Membership Program. Three levels are available, PLATINUM, GREEN, and SILVER. Based on your equipment's age, condition, and store sales volume, you can chose which level that fits your needs.
SMR Memberships are purchased annually for each Subway Restaurant you which to participate in our program. Each Package includes scheduled Preventative Maintenance Services, and one Toaster Oven Full Diagnostic Service each year.
Our primary goals are to provide timely and valued services, and to ensure that your equipment operates per the quality standards set forth by IPC ServiceNet. Creating a pre-ventative plan gives your employees a confidence boost and ensures satisfied customers!
